Do you like to stay connected to your classmates? Did HBS impact your life and now you’d like to give back with your time? Do you want to interact with current students? Then, become a volunteer. Alumni support HBS and the global alumni community by serving in a wide range of important roles, from reunion planning and fundraising to writing Class Notes.
As a valued alumni volunteer, you will have the opportunity to leverage your talents for meaningful and rewarding experiences. In alignment with the School's commitment to advancing racial equity, we are actively seeking alumni volunteers who represent the full range of racial and ethnic backgrounds.
Get Involved with a Club
Volunteers play a critical role in the work of regional clubs, associations, and shared interest groups. Your expertise and leadership can help connect and serve HBS alumni in your community or your area of interest.
Help with Your Reunion
Reunion volunteers are dedicated to the idea that you and your classmates have the most memorable reunion possible. You can join the effort (and fun!) of organizing your next reunion.
Raise Funds for HBS
By securing support from fellow classmates, annually and/or during reunion years, fundraising volunteers play a critical role in ensuring the School's continued excellence and impact.
Write Your Class Notes
Class Notes are the most popular way alumni get news of their classmates and stay connected. By serving as a class or section secretary, you will gather and share news through a column in the quarterly HBS Alumni Bulletin and on the alumni website.
Opportunities for Recent Alumni
Are you a networker and people connector? In communities around the world, alumni volunteers are helping to build stronger lifelong partnerships between HBS alumni and the School, provide recent grads an outlet for staying connected, and create ways for younger alumni to engage with each other and with HBS that are substantive and meaningful.
Be an Alumni Career Guide
Alumni Career Guides are alumni who are willing to connect over phone or email with current students to share industry knowledge and career advice.
Help with MBA Admissions
There are various opportunities to share your experience with admitted students in order to help them decide whether HBS is right for them, such as by being a mentor or hosting a small event.
