Concept: SafeBase serves as the go-between solution for vendors and organizations that need to verify user data will remain secure. The company’s easy-to-use portal helps potential customers immediately find necessary security and compliance certificates, resulting in significant time savings for both parties. “In lay terms, we offer a security nutrition label for cloud software,” says Arnon.

Stats: With 15 employees, SafeBase announced $18 million of Series A funding in March. Customers to date include LinkedIn, Jamf, and Snyk, among others.
Heard: “The joint degree with the School of Engineering offered a real grounding in entrepreneurship,” explains Arnon, one of 28 graduates from the program’s first cohort. “I didn’t plan to start a business straight out of school, but the program helped minimize mistakes and de-risk the process.”
