Topics: Government and Politics-National SecuritySociety-WarGlobalization-Cross-Cultural and Cross-Border IssuesThe following message was sent earlier today to HBS alumni in France, following the tragic events of November 13.
Dear HBS Alumni and Friends,
The unfolding events in Paris have shocked and saddened the world. On behalf of the Harvard Business School, we extend our deepest sympathy and concern for our alumni and their families in France. We are thinking of you and hope that you and your loved ones are safe.
We encourage you to connect with your fellow alumni using the messaging service on the alumni website (look for the envelope icon on any alumni profile page), or use the mapping tool to find alumni who live or work in the region. (Login required.)
During tragic times, we hope that the HBS community can be one of comfort, connection, and assistance. Our thoughts and best wishes are with you all.
Sincerely,
William A. Sahlman (MBA 1975)
