9 Alumni Named Young Global Leaders
Nine HBS alumni have been selected as 2015 Young Global Leaders (YGL) by the World Economic Forum. The organization engages these “bold, brave, action-oriented, and entrepreneurial” individuals to help shape a more positive, peaceful and prosperous society, according to the WEC.
The HBS alumni members are:
Ruzwana Bashir (MBA 2011), founder and CEO, Peek.com, United Kingdom
Tracy Britt Cool (MBA 2009), CEO, Pampered Chef, United States
Sadiq Gillani (MBA 2006), senior vice president and chief strategy officer, Lufthansa, Germany
Assaf Harlap (MBA 2010), vice president of business development, Colmobil Corp., Israel
Pablo Jenkins (MBA 2006), president and founder, Ideas en Accion
Sean Klimczak (MBA 2005), senior managing director, Blackstone, United States
Victoria Ransom (MBA 2008), founder and CEO, Wildfire, New Zealand
Ameera Shah (OPM 42, 2012), managing director and CEO, Metropolis Healthcare, India
Hua Fung Teh (MBA 2011), vice president, TPG Capital, China
This year’s class of YGLs come from 66 countries and equally represent the public and private sector. Out of 187 YGLs honored, half are women.
