HBS was well-represented at Springboard 2000. Professor Myra Hart chaired the event and served on the steering committee with Angela Crispi (MBA '90), assistant dean and chief planning officer at the School. The following HBS alumnae were among the presenters:

Cynthia A. Fisher (MBA '90) of ViaCell, Inc., which combines the banking of stem cells from umbilical cord blood with technology to develop these cells for use in medical treatments.

Diane S. Hessan (MBA '77) of Communispace, a software environment for virtual collaboration within companies.

Tracy A. Lawrence (MBA '99) of GetConnected.com, Inc., an Internet channel where consumers can comparison-shop among telecommunications providers.

Lydia M. Marshall (MBA '75) of Versura, Inc., an online marketplace matching educational institutions with student-loan lenders and lenders with secondary markets.

Caroline A. Oberg (MBA '98) of ODAC, Inc., a software solution transforming the advertising media procurement process.

Kristin S. Rhyne (MBA '99) of Polished, Inc., a network of airport spa services.
