What's Trending at HBS?
With the start of the new school year, HBS faculty are preparing several virtual programs for alumni through the Trending@HBS webinar series. In hour-long sessions, they will discuss their research and views on timely business topics, as well as take questions from program participants.
The fall slate begins September 25 with Bill Sahlman addressing "Entrepreneurial Solutions to the World's Problems." He will be followed by Professors John Deighton, Ben Edelman, and Mikolaj Piskorski looking at "Google and Facebook" on October 24; Mike Norton discussing "Happy Money: How Charitable Giving Improves Your Own Happiness—and Your Organization's Bottom Line" on November 12; and Joe Lassiter and iLab managing director Gordon Jones giving an update on "Innovation at Harvard, the New Innovation Lab" on December 10.
All programs take place at noon EST.
