Changing the Culture
Topics: Education-Campus LifeEducation-Campus LifeDemographics-DiversitySociety-CultureTo address Dean Nitin Nohria’s concern that HBS can be a difficult place for some groups to thrive, the School has launched a new Culture and Community Initiative to ensure that all members of the community can achieve their full potential in advancing the mission of the School. The initiative, led by HBS professor Robin Ely, is consulting with HBS faculty, students, staff, and alumni, as well as outside experts to gain insights and to identify solutions. A report on the faculty portion of the initiative is due in the fall.
