Entrepreneurs’ Fund
Dan Rumennik, Jess Bloomgarden, and Andrew Rosenthal (all HBS ’12) are the driving forces behind the establishment of a new initiative, funded by the Rock Center, that offers a total of $50,000 to HBS student entrepreneurs. Awards of $5,000 each to ten selected teams began to be handed out last month. Said Rumennik, “The Minimum Viable Product Fund, or MVP Fund, alleviates the daunting financial barrier preventing students from building initial prototypes or test products, and encourages them to connect with like-minded peers.”
Each team will regularly report to faculty mentors and other MVP Fund teams on progress and lessons learned. Students are seeking alumni to work with winning teams as advisors. Individuals interested in working with the MVP Funded teams are invited to contact Dan Rumennik (HBS '12) - drumennik@mba2012.hbs.edu.
