"While none of us knows what the future will offer for investment returns, I am pleased that the charitable remainder trust that I established several years ago is being invested by Harvard in the same manner as its endowment. The more our trust grows while my wife, Diane, and I are alive, the more income we will receive from it. Our Harvard trust will eventually support HBS activities focused on environmental leadership, an area very important to us."
