Through philanthropic support, alumni and friends play a vital role in shaping the School’s present and laying the groundwork for its future.”

Stephen J. Ketchum (MBA 1990)
While crafting his will, Ketchum recalled a conversation in which former Dean Nitin Nohria asked whether HBS had changed his life for the better. Ketchum's answer was an unequivocal “Yes,” which inspired him to think more broadly about his philanthropy and include a bequest to HBS in his estate plan.
