- Are spouses, partners, guests invited to reunion weekend?
Yes, spouses, partners, and guests are invited to reunion weekend and are welcome to
participate in the full schedule of events. The majority of alumni bring their
spouses, partner, or a guest to reunion weekend.
- Are children invited to reunion weekend? Are there activities for children?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome to attend reunion weekend. Off-campus tours will be offered on both Friday and Saturday, and older children are welcome to participate in a special case discussion. HBS Next Generation Programming is open for the Fall Reunions. For more information, please check the Next Generation Programming website.
- Is transportation provided?
Transportation has been arranged to shuttle you between campus events and your class host
hotel. Check your class schedule for transportation times. Please check your
reunion class website for more information about evening transportation on
Friday and Saturday nights; arrangements vary by class and event.
- Is parking available on campus?
Parking on campus will be limited during Reunion Weekend. As we are not able to
guarantee you a parking space on campus, HBS encourages you to make use of bus
transportation whenever possible.
- What is the recommended attire for the weekend?
Temperatures have ranged from 50s at night to 80s during the day. We suggest you bring light
clothing, but also a jacket and sweater, and of course, rain gear. Casual
attire is appropriate for on-campus activities. Friday and Saturday evening
attire is section or class specific, so please review the party details listed
in the schedule of events on your reunion class website.
- Will there be a luggage check on the HBS campus?
Yes, we will have a luggage check in Klarman 133 on Friday and Saturday. You are welcome to check your belongings in that space for the time you are on
- Do I have access to Shad Hall (Fitness Center) while I'm on campus?
During the reunion, your name tag will allow you to use the facilities at Shad Hall.
Towels, lockers, and equipment are available in exchange for your nametag.
Please feel free to use the locker rooms if you need to change clothes while on
campus. A fitness room, sauna, and whirlpool are also available. The fitness
areas are limited to people over age 14. Telephone 617.495.6060 to arrange the
use of squash or racquetball courts. Due to reunion activities, the basketball
and tennis courts will be closed. Courts may be available at other Harvard
facilities and can be arranged through the Alumni Relations Office.
