MBA REUNION BOOK SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Whether or not you can make it to Boston for Reunion Weekend, we hope to include you
in your class Reunion Book. Everyone is listed in the book and has the opportunity
to receive a copy, so take a minute to upload a photo and jot down a few notes about
how you're spending your time these days.
Important notes before you begin
- You will need to know your HBS username and log-in information to submit your Reunion Book update. Visit the Help section if you need assistance retrieving this information.
- Updating your narratives and photos in Alumni Profile, via the Alumni Directory, WILL NOT carry over to the Reunion Book. You must complete the steps below in order to submit your Reunion Book update!
- The Reunion Book is distributed only to members of your class. The personal data on file at HBS is strictly confidential.
- The Reunion Book Submission is incompatible with Internet Explorer 8.
- You can re-visit your submission up until the deadline.
How to submit your update
- Log in to the alumni website.
- Once you are logged in, go to the Reunion Book Submission page.
- Verify Personal Information:
- The Reunion Book Submission page will pre-populate with personal data from your Alumni Profile.
- Edit and/or add additional information on this page.
- All personal information—except address and telephone number—will be printed in the Reunion Book.
- A preview page will allow you to confirm what will be shown in the book.
- Please note: Updating your narratives and photos in Alumni Profile, via the Alumni Directory, WILL NOT carry over to the Reunion Book. You must complete this step and each step below in order to submit your Reunion Book update!
- Write Narrative Update (6,000 character limit):
- Content should be an update about yourself—your life, family, career, hobbies, volunteer activities, hopes and plans for the future—that you'd like to share with the class.
- Please do not send a resume or a newspaper article about yourself.
- We suggest you type your narrative in a Word document and then copy and paste it into the narrative box.
- Each update has a 6,000 character limit which is approximately 850-1000 words.
- We recommend keeping an electronic copy of your narrative submission for your records.
- Every time you "Save" your narrative, a copy will be sent to your preferred email address.
- Please note: if you would like this narrative to also appear in your online Alumni Profile, please
select the check box below your narrative entry. In this case, please keep your submission
below 3,000 characters.

Upload Photo:
- You may submit one photo of yourself, with or without your family.
- Photos will be printed in black and white (and may appear darker in the online preview).
- Minimum Dimensions: Horizontally oriented photo - 638 X 450px. Vertically oriented photo - 338 X 450px. Maximum image file size: 10 MB.
- If your photo was taken by a professional photographer, you must include written permission from the photographer to reproduce it. Click here to download a copyright form.
