Pathways for Driving Deep Change

also of using headwinds to adapt and come out stronger. This interactive program provides
a comprehensive model for how to develop and guide successful change within organizations.

pressure, and adversity. How can you equip yourself and those you lead to handle situations
that threaten to overwhelm even the most seasoned managers? This workshop-style program
examines the roots of adversity in the current context and provides some tools for
enhancing your own individual resilience and building the resilience of those you
are leading.
