How are companies today using artificial intelligence (AI) and exponential systems to respond to business challenges? And how can you reinvent your organization around data, analytics, and AI to remove traditional constraints on scale, scope, and learning? During this session, professors Karim Lakhani and Marco Iansiti, coauthors of the book Competing in the Age of AI: Strategy and Leadership When Algorithms and Networks Run the World, provide real-life examples of firms that are successfully using digital solutions to expand their strategic options and address new challenges, including the impact of COVID-19, such as Moderna Therapeutics, Verizon, IKEA, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
