Mary-Helen Black, Director
• Directs strategy for strengthening and advancing clubs and their leadership, and building increased engagement opportunities across the global clubs network and the School
• Leads relationships with constituents across the School and Harvard and serves as liaison with Harvard Alumni Association
• Collaborates with development colleagues and designs strategy for club engagement around the Campaign and development events
• Provides vision and leadership for Clubs Team and directs departmental programming, operations, personnel, and fiscal systems

Kathy Ashraf, Associate Director
• Develops and implements strategy for increasing engagement opportunities among the global clubs network and the School
• Leads strategy for expanding reach of club programs such as Community Partners, fellowship and scholarship programs, sponsorship opportunities, and alumni forums for the global clubs network
• Manages the Clubs Team partnership with External Relations Information Technology for the common club technology platform
• Manages club leadership relationships around technology, guide strategy for club volunteer infrastructure and engagement, oversee policies and procedures for club use of technology

Melina Alvarez, Assistant Director for Operations
• Manages operations and governance for the clubs and associations network
• Manages best practice sharing with clubs around succession planning, governance and bylaws, volunteer management, membership, and events
• Lead for developing on-boarding program for new club officers, as well as new HBS geographic alumni clubs and SIGs
• Region liaison for global alumni Shared Interest Groups (SIGs)- providing guidance and direction to appropriate resources or team members
