myHBS and the CPD website will continue to be available to 2024 graduates through June 6, 2024.
Job Postings
Alumni continue to have access to job postings via 12twenty.
On-Demand Resources
Access online platforms to prepare for interviews, refresh foundational skills, and more.
Resume Database
Include your resume in the Alumni Resume Database in 12twenty. 2024 graduates seeking a full-time role can update or add their resume in the Class of 2024: 2nd Year Spring Recruiting Resume Book, which CPD will continue to promote to employers until August 31.
Research Tools
View offer timing, sources and aggregated compensation by industry, function, location, and more.
Reciprocity Agreements
As part of a reciprocity agreement, alumni have access to job listings from Stanford GSB, INSEAD, LBS, and Columbia starting on June 13, 2024.

Loan Reduction

HBS offers a loan reduction program for graduates working in the private sector with compensation significantly below the HBS average. Discover more about the details of this initiative and how to apply. The program has two application intakes, one in the spring (April 26, 2024 deadline) and one in the fall (September 18, 2024 deadline). An accepted job offer is required to apply. Class of 2024 graduates, including March graduates, may apply in either round.

Additionally, alumni can apply to the HBS Social Enterprise Loan Repayment Assistance Program, which is managed by the Social Enterprise Initiative. The deadline for this program is October 1, 2024.

Baker Library research specialists can help you think through an effective research approach and suggest resources to start your search.

Database Access

HBS alumni have remote access to select business research resources that can be useful for career research.

Stamps Reading Room

HBS alumni are eligible for lifelong access and borrowing at all Harvard Libraries, including Baker Library.

Alumni who visit the Stamps Reading Room in person can also access a wide variety of Baker resources.
