HBS MBA Alumni Career Reboot Camp - Boston

When you're back at HBS for your Reunion, do you want to devote a day to your career development? If you are thinking about whether your career is going the way you want it to, this day-long workshop may be right for you.

Led by Professor Tim Butler and facilitated by a team of experienced HBS career coaches, the day-long HBS MBA Alumni Career Reboot Camp program is based on Career & Professional Development's (CPD) success with team-based career development programs. Participating MBA alumni will work together as a board and share perspectives to help one another achieve their potential for professional development.

This program is for you if you are:

  • in a career transition point,
  • looking for time and reflection on what will bring you happiness at work, and
  • interested in engaging with alumni facing similar situations.

Participants will work through exercises to reflect on their key career interests, what's important to them in work and life, and create a plan to move forward towards a career with more satisfaction and meaning. Each alumnus will be placed in a board of advisors team comprised of four alumni participants and one career coach. There is approximately 1½ hours of required pre-program preparation. There is a $100 fee for this workshop. Space is limited and the pre-registration deadline is Monday, April 24th at 4 pm EST. Please note pre-registration does not mean guaranteed entry. If we reach capacity, we will refund your full registration fee.

*Scholarships are available if you are unemployed.
