Carole (HBS '98) has a wide ranging business background, with particular expertise coaching MBAs and executives.
Carole (HBS '98) has a wide ranging business background, with particular expertise coaching MBAs and executives. She has a passion for helping individuals develop their career vision and implement it via practical job search skills, including strategy development, networking techniques, resume, bio and profile development as well as interviewing skills. Her background includes strategy consulting, real estate, nonprofit, and government.
In addition to her work with HBS CPD, Carole is a faculty member at Brandeis University where she designed and teaches courses in strategic management, consulting skills and social entrepreneurship in their MBA program, and she also moderates online executive education programs for HBS Publishing.
Carole is a 1998 graduate of Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar. She serves on several boards and in her spare time enjoys offshore sailing and running.
