India's Finance Minister Speaks to Students about "Two Indias" The Honorable Palaniappan Chidambaram (MBA 1968) spoke at HBS to an overflow audience of students and faculty from across Harvard University. Chidambaram told a tale of two Indias—a country rich in natural and human resources but unable to take full advantage of them because of the prevalence of poverty, and inadequate schools and health care.
