Preparing students for the global economy is a top priority at HBS. The Immersion Experience Program (IXP) helps students learn about the complexities of global management practice first-hand. Now in its third year, IXP combines case method teaching with field-based learning. Faculty leaders develop content, shape itineraries, and lead each program.
