The mission of the Young Alumni Ambassadors program is to build stronger lifelong partnerships between HBS Alumni and the School, to provide recent graduates with an outlet for staying connected, and to create global young alumni engagement opportunities.
Young Alumni Ambassadors are recent MBA graduates (0 - 4 years out) who collaborate with HBS administration and Alumni Clubs on key initiatives and activities, including Admissions outreach and yield efforts, Alumni Reunions and more.
The term length for a Young Alumni Ambassador is 1 year (July-June), with the option of continuing involvement.
We will look to the Young Alumni Ambassadors to:
- Provide feedback and guidance on what is meaningful to young alumni (social events, career planning, etc.)
- Support Admissions efforts with prospective/admitted students
- Better connect recent HBS Alumni with local Alumni Networks
As a Young Alumni Ambassador, there are four areas for your involvement:
