Can you believe 10 years have passed since we were at HBS? We're glad we'll have a chance to connect with all of you again this spring when we come together to celebrate our 10th reunion in Boston, May 28–May 31, 2009.
You are invited to attend with your guest for the weekend! Guests will be included in all activities. Families are welcome and there will be a variety of activites and services for children.

Registration Info
Registration prices are PER PERSON. You are welcome to bring your spouse or partner, or a guest, and they will be included in all the weekend's activities. Children are not required to register for the reunion weekend. Please see the Family Programs pages for additional children's programming.
Pricing Schedule:

The reunion registration fee will include your attendance at the following activities:

- & the Class Reunion Book
On Friday and Saturday the School provides Faculty Presentations (Friday) and Academic Programs (Saturday) along with complimentary breakfast and lunch on both days. Additionally, HBS will provide you with transportation to and from the host hotel and the School.
The Class of 1999 will not be the only class on campus during the weekend. The 5th, 15th, 20th and 50th and above reunions will also be present during the weekend at the on campus events.

Event Descriptions
Please see the Tentative Reunion Schedule below for a breakdown of timing during each day.
Thursday Night Welcome Reception: This class-wide event takes place at the Sheraton Hotel from 6:30 pm – 8 pm. Light hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be served. Guests and children welcome!
Friday Faculty Presentations (HBS Campus): These event take place in Aldrich classrooms at the School. The program runs all day, beginning with a State of the School address by Dean Jay Light and featuring the current faculty and their research during each programming session. Guests are welcome to attend all sessions. All returning classes have the opportunity to attend these sessions, and seating is first come, first served.
Children are welcome during the day as there will be a variety of activities on campus for them to enjoy. Breakfast and lunch will be served and round-trip transportation will be provided in the morning and afternoon from the host hotel.
Friday Night Section Party: Please see your section's details below for your party location and timing. This is the only part of the weekend just for your section! Typically a light dinner and drinks will be served. Contact your section party host to determine these details, and to determine if the evening is appropriate for children. Guests are invited to this event!
Saturday Academic Program (HBS Campus): These events take place in Aldrich classrooms at the School. The program runs during the first part of the day and features guest speakers from the Harvard Community during each programming session. Guests are welcome to attend all sessions. All returning classes have the opportunity to attend these sessions, and seating is first come, first served.
Children are welcome as there will be a variety of activities on campus for them to enjoy. Breakfast and lunch will be served and round trip transportation will be provided in the morning and afternoon from the host hotel.
Saturday Night Gala: This is a class wide event on Saturday evening! Dinner reception stations and cocktails will be served and musical entertainment will provided at this at this mix-and-mingle style event allowing you to connect with the entire class. Round trip transportation will be provided from the host hotel. This event is not appropriate for children. Guests are invited to this event!
Sunday Brunch: This class-wide event takes place at the Sheraton Hotel from 9 am–11 am. Breakfast will be served. Guests and children welcome!

Family Childcare Programs
During the 2009 spring reunion festivities, alumni children and grandchildren are invited to participate in wonderful daytime and evening programs that are designed especially for them! There are a variety of activities: active games; arts and crafts; unique toys and imaginative play; and, for older children, a chance to take part in an HBS case discussion. Transportation, Attire and On Campus Information

Transportation has been arranged to shuttle you between campus events and the host hotel. Round trip transportation will be provided on Saturday night between the host hotel and the Class Gala.Parking
Parking on campus will be tight during Reunion Weekend. As we are not able to guarantee you a parking space on campus, HBS encourages you to make use of bus transportation whenever possible.Attire
Temperatures have ranged from 50s at night to 80s during the day. We suggest you bring light clothing, but also a jacket and sweater, and, of course, rain gear.Friday evening attire is based on your section event so please review the party details listed under the Section Party tab. The theme of the Saturday evening Class Gala is "Rock Star." You are welcome to wear cocktail/black tie attire or come more casual—depending upon your preference. Casual attire is appropriate for the rest of the weekend activities.

The HBS Coop will be open to alumni during reunion weekend.Shad Fitness Center
During the reunion, your nametag will allow you to use Shad Hall Fitness Center. Towels, lockers, and equipment are available.Call ahead to 617.495.6060 to arrange use of basketball, volleyball, badminton, squash, racquetball, and tennis courts. A fitness room, indoor track, sauna, and whirlpool are also available. The fitness area is limited to people over age 18.
Internet Access
Computers with Internet access are available in Aldrich and Hawes Hall corridors, and Spangler Center common rooms on Friday and Saturday. -
