This year nearly 10,000 alumni and friends contributed almost $60 million to HBS. Despite the turbulent economy, the HBS community once again showed its enthusiasm for the School, serving as volunteers, attending reunions and club events, and making donations. I am particularly proud to report that ten MBA classes set fundraising records this year, in gift totals and participation.

It is often said that in times of difficulty we rally to those organizations that mean the most to us. Your ongoing support demonstrates your belief in the School and the importance of its mission. Thank you for all you do to make a difference in the world.
