The current economic climate offers the opportunity to take a deeper look at our career and life vision. Every successful job search must be built on the foundation of authentic vision. If we are able to articulate our vision to ourselves, to those in our networks, and to potential employers, then our career strategy will follow naturally. This workshop will present a process for developing career vision. It is designed for all professionals, whether or not you are in transition. We will be learning models and participating in exercises taken from the presenter's research which has become the basis for the career development program at the Harvard Business School.
