Our thanks to MBA 1967 classmates Larry Butler, Nash Flores, Ron Kurtz, Chris Lehman, Timothy Pascoe, and Alan Tassler, all of Section G, who identified the toqued cooks in the photo as Larry Butler, Ed Massey, Prescott Kelly, and Alan Tassler. Frederic Smith of Section E recognized no one but suggested we ask readers for captions. Good idea, Frederic, but there's no need: We know what was going on in the photo. As Butler explains: "We were all members of the Harbus editorial board. This photo illustrated an article on the Scholar Bakers (a not-so-subtle send-up of another venerable group with a similar name). We were, as I recall, a rather irreverent band of pseudo journalists. Thanks for dredging this up; it brought back some fun memories."
